Payment information

When you pay through Venmo or another third-party provider, the provider processes the transaction under its own privacy policy.

We do not receive or store your Venmo password or complete bank-account credentials.

  • Acuity Scheduling, which manages appointments and intake forms;

  • Venmo or another payment provider;

  • Email, calendar and file-storage providers;

  • Zoom, Google Meet or another remote-session provider;

  • Website analytics or security providers;

  • Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers or attorneys; and

  • Government agencies or other parties when required by law.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of a client, another person, the business or the public; investigate suspected fraud or misuse; respond to lawful process; or establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not disclose the content of private sessions to third parties unless you authorize it, disclosure is required by law or disclosure is reasonably necessary to address an immediate and serious safety concern.
